El costo de la corrupción en Venezuela

En días pasados, un reconocido periodista que está escribiendo un libro sobre el chavismo, me consultaba sobre la corrupción en Venezuela, pidiéndome nombres, cifras, responsabilidades, etc. El tema de la corrupción es el elefante blanco. Es, en mi opinión, el principal obstáculo en el camino al desarrollo. Lamentablemente, la corrupción se ha tornado en una suerte de crimen aceptable, sin consecuencias.
