Creo poder afirmar, con certeza, que el trío de doctores chimbines relacionados con Epalisticia (Eduardo Lopez de la Osa, Jose Antonio de la Torre, y Jose Luis Basanta Otero) no tienen ni las credenciales, ni los fondos para haber pagado 90 millones de Euros por El Universal.
