La semana pasada un apagón dejo sin luz a Venezuela. Justo el día del apagón publiqué una entrevista que le hice al Ing. Jose Aguilar. Fue pura casualidad que el articulo coincidiese con el apagón, el cual generó muchísima atención en la prensa mundial. El Ing. Aguilar me envió un cuadro, en el cual pueden observarse detalles de 40 proyectos a los cuales él le ha seguido la pista: nombres, potencia, costos, megavatios efectivos, megavatios indisponibles, etc. El primer proyecto de dicho cuadro es la Planta Manuel Piar en Tocoma.
