"Section 1. Background. On September 18, 2026, I signed the Graham Act into law. The Graham Act provides for the imposition of certain sanctions with respect to foreign persons, restrictions with respect to persons, and duties with respect to goods imported into the United States from the Russian Federation and certain other countries."

That the Trump administration, MAGA and the GOP are led by a completely deranged individual has been inescapably obvious. But this parting gift will come to prove it was the single most damaging Executive Order ever produced. Freeing Vladimir Putin from sanctions shackles is akin to unleashing a pyromaniac into a fuel storage. The calculus before midterms must be something like "since I'm going down I'm taking the world with me." Houthis, Iran, Hamas, ISIS, chavistas, and other dictatorial regimes the world over must be rejoicing this morning, for a Putin with more money means only one thing: endless disruption, instability, chaos and war.
After the Nazi invasion of Europe and WWII, Germany had to spend decades apologising to the world for their collective stupidity and paralysis in failing to confront and stop Adolf Hitler. Like Russia in recent times, The United States of America are going down the same path, for voting for and letting loose a madman whose only agenda seems to be to annihilate the country's rule of law, economy, institutions, and standing. That'll be Donald Trump's legacy. In light of his consistency when it comes to the destruction of America, everyone, everywhere ought to treat him as nothing more than Putin's lapdog.
